"Almost Complete Kit"
The kit was pretty much all there, just missing one pin. Everything else was included and looked fine. A friend had recommended it to me, so I was a little bummed about the missing piece, but overall it was still a decent buy

"Good Finds, But Hit or Miss"
They have some rare parts, that I don’t see in many other places, which is nice. The only downside is, the stock changes fast, so a few things I wanted were already gone by the time I checked. Kind of a mixed bag, but still worth looking

"Solid shipping overall"
I ordered a couple of parts and wasn’t totally sure how long they’d take to get here, so I feel like I was being reasonable with my expectations. I got the shipping email quickly, I think it was the next day, and the package actually showed up sooner than I had planned for. Everything was packed well and arrived in good shape. I’m only holding back one star because the tracking didn’t update much at the beginning, and I don’t think that’s too picky to mention. Overall though, the shipping was solid and I’d order again.

"Small mix-up with my order"
Overall it was fine, but one small part ended up being wrong. It’s not a huge deal, though it does kind of make you wonder if everything was checked carefully before it was sent out.

"Almost a perfect fit, just needed a little drama"
For a moment, I thought my whole kit was doomed, but thankfully it was nothing a bit of minor filing couldn’t fix. It ended up being compatible enough, just needed a little hands-on adjusting on my end. Once I got it fitted, everything came together fine.

The parts did show up usable, so that’s good, but the demilling looked kind of rough in a few spots. Maybe I’m being picky, but I expected it to be a bit cleaner.

The site was easy to move around, and the search worked well. Pages loaded quickly on my phone, which you’d expect, but it’s always nice when it actually happens. I also appreciated that the information was laid out clearly, so I didn’t have to waste time clicking through a bunch of pages just to find the basics

I wasn’t really expecting much, but I did get emails whenever my order moved to the next step, and the shipping info showed up quickly. I didn’t have to sit around wondering what was going on, which was nice. Overall, it was a easy process.

"Tech support actually knew their stuff"
I had a question about fitting an old parts kit, so I shot them an email expecting the usual copy-paste crap. But nope, the guy actually knew what he was talking about and pointed out the exact thing I was missing.

Honestly saved me from ordering the wrong piece like an idiot and dealing with a headache later. Solid support overall, and I’d definitely use Apex again.

"Easy to Browse and Honest About Condition"
I had a good experience using Apex Gun Parts. The site was simple to look through, and I appreciated that the photos actually showed the wear instead of trying to hide it. The descriptions were clear about what was included too, which made it easier to feel like I knew what I was buying. A few things being out of stock was a little frustrating, but with surplus parts, I guess that’s just part of the hunt. Overall, it felt like a solid place to shop, and I’d use them again.

At first I was happy because the markings looked original and not like some cheap repro stuff. Then the wait started getting annoying, honestly. It did show up eventually, so I’m not mad, but yeah, shipping could’ve been quicker.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple of days each time. They answered my question well enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I expected. Maybe they’re short-staffed or dealing with a lot of messages, I’m not sure. Overall, not terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

"Really happy with how the parts turned out"
Overall, I’m really happy with the condition of everything I got. I ordered a few surplus parts from apexgunparts.com, most of it showed up nicer than I expected. There was some normal finish wear, but nothing looked beat up, rusty, or neglected. Everything was clean and packed well too. One small part had a bit of grime on it, but with used surplus stuff, that didn’t really surprise me. All in all, it was a solid order
